1. I'm buying in this site for the first time. Is it legit and safe?

  • You sure have nothing to worry :) Ananya PH is a duly registered local business. Our website is hosted on Shopify and accepting payments via paypal hence your transactions are safe and secure

2. Do you accept returns and exchange?

  • Yes, we understand some circumstances may both happen from your side or our team. We accept returns & exchange with following conditions:
    • Reason for return & exchange would be change in size, damaged product upon receipt or product is different from your order
    • Notification of return request is made within 3 days from the receipt of the product
    • Product has no signs of usage
    • Shoe box is still in its good form

3. Who pays for the shipping fee if I want to return and replace my order?

  • For the reason of change in size, buyer will pay for the shipping fees.
  • If you received a wrong item (design, color or size) compared to your order, we will pay for the shipping charges.

 4. What are your delivery lead times?

  • We do our best to immediately validate payments, once validated our team will ship your orders the next day.
    • Delivery will take 2 to 3 business days for Metro Manila
    • 5 to 7 business days for Provincial areas
    • We highly suggest to monitor your orders and keep your lines open for the deliveries. 2 delivery attempts will be done if you're not available to receive on the first delivery try.

5. Will you allow me to refund?

  • We really do our best to come into good terms when you want to replace an item but should there be no more options left, yes we do refund in the form of store credits. We will give you a voucher equivalent to the amount you paid for the product (excluding shipping fees) which will be applicable in our website. You can use the same anytime.

6. What are your payment methods?

  • Bank Deposit on Online Transfer (BDO, BPI, Security Bank, Eastwest Bank) Account details will be shared upon checkout. We are currently using individual bank accounts while our corporate account is in progress.

7. I want to talk to someone. Where can I reach you?
  • Our customer success are available Mondays to Saturdays from 9am to 6pm.
