Returns, Exchange & Refund

Eligibility for returns & exchange:

  • You ordered a wrong size and you want to change. We'd love to help you get the right pair. One time courtesy only.
  • You received wrong product as compared to your order on record.
  • Product should have no sign of usage & box is still in its good form.
  • Notification of return request is made within 3 days upon receipt of the product. 
  • For the reason of change in size, buyer will bear the shipping fees (returning the item and sending the replacement)
  • We will send out the replacement upon receiving the problematic product.
  • If the mistake is on our end e.g. we sent you a different product, we will pay for the shipping fees.

Refund Policies:

  • Only when the buyer wants replacement due to wrong size and we can no longer accommodate due to stocks unavailability, we will process the refund in the form of store credit.
  • Store credit will be equivalent to the amount you paid (excluding shipping fees) and will be applicable in our website.
  • We will send the store credit (voucher code) once buyer returns the product.
